  1. "The people of Egypt, Libya, Yemen and Tunisia did not trade the tyranny of a dictator for the tyranny of a mob," Hillary said Friday during a ceremony in which the bodies of the four killed in Benghazi, including US ambassador to Libya, Chris Stevens, returned to the United States.

LOL - Could have fooled me. Is the US REALLY sticking with the whole regime change is a pro-Democracy movement? That's hilarious.

Overheard in Tahrir Square(Translated): Hey Mahmud, you speak English yes? Good! Go tell that infidel reporter over there that our movement to overthrow the Egyptian government is REALLY a pro-Democracy movement. That should gain us a lot of sympathy and support from America. Allahu Akbar.

  2. As a result of a C- grade movie there is unrest throughout the Muslim world. Here in Australia today there was one of the largest Muslim demonstrations seen here for a decade against the American Embassy in Sydney. Violence on the part of some, while others, (Moslem Clerics) tried to abate the trouble.
I do not think you can blame your President or his party for this lot. The blame lies at the door of the person responsible for making the movie.
With the power of your investigative services I would think the film maker could be apprehended and this would bring a semblance of peace to the Muslim world. Surely, if the film was obviously abhorrent to Muslims you would not protect the filmmaker with the first or second amendment; or would you?
    Cheers from Aussie

    1. You can't arbitrarily impose restrictions on free speech because then it's not really free speech.

Once you ban comments on Muhammad, what's next? Can't criticize government leaders?

This world is backwards, in what sane way is murder and mayhem more acceptable than criticizing a man who betrothed a 6 or 7 year old girl against her will and the will of her uncle and deflowered her at the age of 9?

      Thanks for the comment.
Now here we have something of a problem to discuss and I am grateful for a poster on another site who first persuaded me to question your constitution. No Help also appears on this site and we have for years disagreed on finance but I believe we at least agree the constitution needs looking at. The Muslim reaction to the movie is world wide and has caused directly the death of at least 4 Americans including your ambassador in Lebanon.

In Sydney here in Australia yesterday there was a large and violent demonstration by Muslims with several police and protesters admitted to hospital.
I asked if you would protect the film maker with the 1st or 2nd and you replied in the affirmative. Does this not mean that a deranged nutter can cause the death of fellow citizens and still be allowed, nay, encouraged to rely on the constitution for protection as his innocent countrymen are slaughtered half a world away.?
In your glorious history many have died so that the rest could remain free but I must ask is the price of freedom now more valuable than an amendment to a document written as an afterthought to a constitution which of itself stood the test for so long?.

At the same time you that look at my argument here, consider also the second which encourages the ownership of firearms to be used by a militia! What absolute nonsense this is in the present day when the state has the firepower to destroy the world at the press of a button. You have hundreds of innocent citizens destroyed every year by other citizens proclaiming and acting out their “rights” as they play cowboys and Indians with their cherished toys. By the way I was a shooter for over fifty years; hunting and vermin control.

    3. Firstly, I don't think the bill of rights and 'afterthought' at all. Many anti-federalist were quite vocal with their opposition to the constitution as written and vowed to campaign to see it not pass state approval if those things were not addressed.

"Violence on the part of some, while others, (Moslem Clerics) tried to abate the trouble."

I would suggest that the 'clerics' and the preachers, priests,
and rabbis are in fact the ones responsible for teaching their 'flocks' the words, intents and behaviours of their religions. If Islam is a benevolent, loving religion where people are encouraged to go out and 'spread the word'; A religion that sees 'Alla' as the grand adjudicator and not his subjects, then reactions like this would not happen.

At what point does a persons words become responsible for another persons actions. I would suggest that I can call your wife a name but your reaction to it is PURELY your responsibility. You can yell at me, back hand me, punch me and break my nose, or you could kill me.... At what point do you stop someones ability to express an opinion just because the potential truth, hurts?

Again with guns... the killing, the robbing, the raping, the greed, the deceit are all symptoms of a society, not what weapon is used in the commission of the crime.

    4. Having an afterthought of my own.... If the bill of rights were just a nuisance of words, what does that say about federalism and a strong central government?....

    6. I'll jump in. Freedom of speech trumps. The deranged nutter does not cause death or harm to others. Those that inflict the harm cause it. I suggest that when you start adjusting the price of freedom, it will only devalue it. Slippery slope for sure.

  3. Hillary failed her friend.

He was raped and sodomized for hours, despite Obama's assurances that the Libyan people politely returned is body to the hospital.

The US now insists that the warnings it received were not "actionable".

  4. Muslims criticize Christianity all of the time.

In fact, their Koran says that all non-Muslims (infidels) should be subjugated or killed or converted.

It seems to me that if anyone's free speech is going to be forfeited, you should start with the ones advocating murder on a global scale.

  5. Remember Tunisia? And how its pro-Democracy movement was praised by Obama and the MSM?

It's becoming radicalized too. Women and being shoved out of sight again.

Now, Tunisia is going to make normalization of ties with Israel a Constitutionally Criminal Offense.

  7. Silly me, I could not understand what overthrowing the Libyan government had to do with U. S. National interests. And gee, I bet we're really happy that Mubarak the thug is dead and gone, and replaced by the Muslim Brotherhood. I guess we'll have to wait and see the the wonderful Arab spring plays out.
