Daily Presidential Tracking Poll

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows Mitt Romney attracting support from 48% of voters nationwide, while President Obama earns 45% of the vote. Two percent (2%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.

In Ohio Obama leads by a point. In Florida,  the president is up two. Romney has edged back into the lead in Missouri and now earns 51% of the vote in North Carolina.

Despite other polls stating that Obama is expanding his lead this daily poll of likely voters is more realistic.

  1. What is wrong with Obama that he can't see the violence directed at the United States and him is not just about the film on Mohammed. That was just a trigger or an excuse and it wasn't the only trigger since apparently this stuff was planned for 9/11 way before people knew of the movie release. When these protestors chant anti-US slogans, they use Obama's name, not the director of some little film.

Why didn't he take a security briefing the day after the attacks? Not to mention before the attacks. It's almost like he wants it to get worse... and worse it WILL get.

  2. So much for his convention bounce. Billy Bob Clinton is now an after though. Obama's slump must come as a surprise to him. I believe he feels that the more chaos that is created the more likely he will be re-elected.

  3. Here are more results from other national presidential polls. Choose the one you like depending on who your candidate is.

  4. The Australian Broadcasting Commission, our national broadcaster is a totally independent broadcaster even though funded by the government. Normally there is a tendency for them to dhow a very slight bias towards the conservative side but today I note they report a significant swing to the Democrats since the convention. Normally the ABC gets it about right. Does anyone see a 2 + point gain since the convention on a national basis?
    Thanks and cheers from Aussie
