Both candidates have been rehearsing against standins, using presumed questions. How effective this tactic is remains to be heard. Should be interesting.
Obama is good when there is no one there to challenge his false assertions. It took how long for the administration to acknowledge the terrorist attack in Libya wasn't just a bunch of Muslims upset at crappy video clip?
We'll see what happens. My prediction is that both sides will claim victory because the candidates will say what their side wants to hear. My further prediction is that the country will continue with the same major problems we have now, no matter which candidate is elected.
Here is the main problem Romney will have in a nutshell. PBS, ABC, CBS, and CNN. Why wasn't a more conservative network or moderator chosen for one of the debates?
And SPARE ME the opinions that these people and their staffs, those who will prepare the questions and follow ups, are moderates. SPARE ME!
Obama's good if he's got 4 or 5 minutes to pontificate. Brevity is not his strong suit.
ReplyDeleteIn a debate format where he has to give an answer in 2 minutes or less, Romney could potentially wipe the floor with him.

DeleteBrevity is not O's forte for sure--------he needs to get a grip on his manner of speaking.
DeleteI don't think Romney could wipe the floor with a mop---let alone a political oponent.

ReplyDeletePoint taken LS, the terrorist thing is something EVERYONE thought b-4 the media put it out.
DeleteIt's like Duuuuhhhhh, no kiddin' it was a terror attack.
livestrongest,

And there was that Egypt being/not being an ally.
I never did hear, let alone understand, what interest the U. S. had in helping lead from the rear to bounce Ghdaffi

ReplyDeleteI suggest a sheet of poly under Zero's podium ... there's gonna be a big mess to clean up and/or new carpeting if not.
Not only is brevity not his calling, sticking to the truth gets in his way as well.
ReplyDeleteIs this gonna have a stupiepromter?
Wonder, yo, how many homieisms are goinig to be dispersed, bro.
Michelle O., "Now, back when our great-grandparents were riding that Underground Railroad"
ReplyDeleteWhat an awkward thing to say...
LS, that rr was headed NORTH-------finally, Af-Americans are migrating back SOUTH due to the great living conditions.
DeleteThis has benefitted the South greatly with a huge influx of talent and diversity. It has been both an economic boom as well as a social advantage.
When I see the campus grounds at UVa it is very colorful and diverse---------much different than when I was there in the 70's.
Obama has a huge advantage when it comes to demographics in the South.
Obama Refers to Israel Concern Over Iran as 'Noise'
ReplyDeleteThe United States has a history of Black/Jew hate.
Just ask Jesse Jackson or Louis Farrakhan

It's quite easy,
Delete1. The only non liberal network is Fox.
2. Obama would never agree to questions by Fox News. They lack softballs to throw.
Mr. Martin--------I worry about you and what you will do when O wins again. It's gonna be tough on you guys.
DeleteDo you watch Bill Maher? Oh wait, he's not on Fox is he? Sorry.
Oh? The same Bill Maher that called Sarah Palin the C word?
DeleteUpgrade your viewing Carol. You are what you eat.

And by the way Carol, I lived (barely) through LBJ, Jimmy hostage Carter, and Billy blow job Clinton.
DeleteIf need be I can survive the Marxist Obama in his four year extension of grid lock.
