MSM-----------------------? WHERE is "mainstream" America?

There is no longer such a thing as Main Stream Media---------it is just as biased as it possibly can be.  No longer responsible for getting to the heart of the matter-------they slant the "news" in the direction of their own corporate bias.

There is no push to get to candidates positions for POTUS.  There is almost NO discussion about the impact on SCOTUS depending on which candidate is elected.  I dare say it is the media who decided who will run in the race to begin with.

Herman Cain was railroaded by the press.  Nothing he did warranted the attacks on him by the media, and the Republicans and yet----------his candidacy was short-lived due to the overhype of the media.

It's just disgusting that we cannot get the truth. Romney is telling the truth, but he was busted by someone with a recording.  The media picked up on it and now because Romney spoke the truth while preaching to the choir----------he's just more roadkill.

H. Clinton and Obama sought to bring some clarity to the situation regarding the film dissing Islam.  It was not an apology, but the press picked it up and ginned it up into something it never was to begin with.  It was a YouTube video by an idiot who knew good and well what was going to happen.  MSM is just about money and stats, no truth to it, just trash.

  2. Good post Carol, so, are you ready to admit Obama is a false god?

Are you ready to admit that change to ANYONE would be better for this country?

Will you vote for Romney to help our country rid us of the Chicago style politcs of hate and lies?

Will you vote to restore our status as the leader of the world, or will continue to vote blindly, uncaring of what this adminstration has done to this country!

  3. Carol....Never never would I have thought that you would post a thread such as this.
    Is this an awaking?
Yes Romney is telling the truth, and yes Obama is Lying thru his teeth and with the help of most of the media.
This country needs a leader,Obama is not that leader,We as a country have been in a downward spiral, more so every since this President and his administration announced "we" were in an economic recovery.Even after manipulating the stats it still looks bad, real bad.
I see Romney as the lesser of the two evils but this country cannot afford to remain on the current path.
While Obama preaches to the poor and unemployed about the dangers of Romney you must ask yourself what have his policies done for the poor? Inflation from Bens Economic path is totally devastating the poor,Gasoline and food prices are continuing to rise while wages are declining.
Household incomes have declined for 4 years in a row.
He has not delivered,He Must GO.

  4. Romney told the truth about how he/Ryan, the Repubs in general, feel about most Americans-----he got busted because HIS truth was beyond ugly.

Today-------Friday, the day our Dear Leaders in Congress left Dodge, he released his last 2 years tax returns with an average computed by an accounting firm of his tax rate for the last 10 years.

I want the MSM to address our real economic and social issues in this country--------NOT what so-and-so said about the OTHER so-n-so.

Our country has NO leader-------there are only incompetent managers and the MSM falls into the latter category. I am as frustrated with this election as the rest of you, but I have my own views and reasons.

    1. Carol,
The truth hurts. Those with their hand out for their entitlements are not likely to vote for someone that may take away their entitlement. A little discovery on self introspection for you?

  5. We can find whatever slant we want in the news these days. We can feel good that our perceptions are validated by some type of professional writer or talking head out there. The truth is out there somewhere. It will be proven out over time.

I have addressed this problem many times but no one wants to talk about the impact of the progressive movements push for the 17th amendment and its impact on not only the SCOTUS but both states and individual rights.....

  7. I know------you are so right. It needs to be discussed no matter how we feel about it. Left, right, indies--------all need to participate in the discussion.

Most of the time the appointee is a total shock to those of us who TRY to pay attention. Its a dirty, rotten shame.
