  1. Too soon to get a good feel, but the "Hopey Changey" thing ain't gettin it.

Only hopey here for O is attack, attack, attack, but beware the best is yet to come from the GOP.They have a huge amount of material from which to draw which will make the Dems and O look Ohooo not sooo good.
All but the extreme faithful to O and the Democratic party are not happy, this does include some Dems.

  3. I still say I'll believe it when I see it. The voters can always surprise and befuddle.

And I'll add I'm completely perplexed that with unemployment so high for soooo long, the Obama camp isn't mired a mile deep and 10 miles back. It doesn't add up. Maybe snake oil has an allure that I can't sense.

    1. Bush and his Neocon entourage have left a very fertile legacy for Obama to feed on. From spending to wars to civil rights to immigration Obama has had gallons of fuel to keep has following in line and for the other things.... he's what you would call charismatic... :-)

  4. new polls with good polling demographics have Romney tied or beating Obama. Much to the Dems chagrin, Seniors in Florida are siding with Romney. Two polls have confirmed this. RCP takes an average of polls which includes OLD polls and polls biased towards the Dems.

  5. If I had to bet my fortune, I'd bet on Obama getting a second term, much to by chagrin. Meanwhile I am hoping for a GOP victory for Romney and the Senate, but I will not tolerate anymore neo-con nonsense and they better deliver on common sense reform to entitlements, useless/outdated government agencies and military stream-lining. They also need to close the border and throw out illegals, clean up stupid regulations and get as far away from my rights and liberties as possible or I will go for every Libertarian I can find in 2016 along with shoveling every available dollar to the libertarian party.

    1. Libertarian ideas are an enemy to this government. Both the left and the right fear this movement. The GOP has be relentless in trying to get rid of Ron Paul when they saw that he was doing well. Liberty is in serious trouble in this country.....

  6. IF we have an election .... I am feeling very uneasy and maybe it is because I do not have trust in the voters of this country. As Brian has stated we NEED to address immigration but that is not going to happen. For decades we have been absorbing legal and illegal immigrants and neither party has said a dam thing! Romney has even been caught on tape embarrassing illegals (offering those with a higher ed citizenship).

This is why I have thought seriously about not voting for Romney and voting third party. In all honesty, even IF Romney gets in, he is not going to change a dam thing - he is not able to. This congress we have is refusing to do their jobs as many of them should be put in prison or hung (and I mean that). We need a COMPLETE overhaul of our governemtn to get this country back on the right track and I do not see that happening.
