    1. Wouldn't it have been better to cut 400 billion from the spending and actually balance the budget???

    2. If we get 8 more years of democrats the budget will be balanced again lou, then we can work on the deficit. Now pay attention Louman, every president since and inclusive of Ronald Reagan has left office with a higher yearly deficit then when they came in except Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama. Yes lou since 2010 Obama has consistently cut the budget deficit through creating jobs and increasing revenue. Course we could get another republican to erase all our progress kinda like Bush did.

    3. Rick.

I do not have references for this but I do of course accept your word. I have a small problem in that modern day creative accounting can distort figures to mean anything the accountants want them to say. As a student of history,I am more inclined to look at past performances of the Left wing politics throughout the world. I think you would find that as a general rule, Right wing Conservatives are more successful than the Left at controlling the fiscal state of the nation. Perhaps two swallows do not a summer make!~.

      ROTFLMAO

And it isn't even the Comedy club.

Should the Dem's ;leave office the next president will be stuck with the aftermat of 18.4 trillion with interest rates rising.

You and every democrat should kiss Janet's azz for leaving ZIRP in place allowing more spending without the guilt of a rising debt.

How about that, they finally ended the only spending cut program. Another legacy for Bama.

    5. Actually Rick I was hoping for a president with integrity and not a liar this time.

Kind of excludes Democrats now that Jim Webb threw in the towel. Some one should have told him he needed to promise more free to the mindless minions.

    6. See Lou you are talking about the debt not the deficit. the debt was created by presidents of both parties not just Barack Obama.

    7. The debt is the end result of government over spending.

Seems as the head apologist for the regime you want to take a bow for 400 billion in overspending. Go for it, next year is likely to bring a recession and a higher deficit.

  2. Part of the deal is to raise cash by selling surplus oil from the strategic oil reserve.

  4. Hey if we build the Keystone Pipeline why don't we end it at the Strategic Oil Reserve. Then we can sell sell sell and never run out. At least for a couple years. Anyone knows that fracked wells are short producers.

  5. Sell surplus oil?

We have no surplus we are still an importer of oil.

  6. Now that oil has dropped from above 100 a barrel to below 48 a barrel what a great time to sell.

    Fu---king jer----ffs.

    1. See William you are far behind. Our average price for what we have on reserve is like 26 a barrel. We've had it a long time.

    3. A better analogy, getting a second mortgage to pay for the first mortgage.
