The Rodham's

In 2012, the Haitian government awarded a gold-mining permit for its Morne Bassa mine to a North Carolina company called VCS Mining. What’s notable about this permit is the fact that the government has not issued a similar permit in over 50 years, and what’s also strange is that VCS Mining will only pay 2.5% royalties to the Haitian government for this permit, which mining experts say is drastically lower than the average mining royalty rate.

Since 2013, the World Bank has provided technical assistance to the Haitian government in rewriting its mining laws. Mr. Tony Rodham’s involvement with VCS began in October 27, 2013.

  1. Thanks water boy, I was getting thirsty for my daily glass of slime.

  2. William your response to my post re Libya has given me pause for thought. Firstly, I guess I should have not tried to compare the media here in Australia with your country. For example, the CONSERVATIVE REPORT would never be published for general consumption here, there would be no market for such a publication unless it was Free!. After reading your reply, I tried searching for US publications within the area of Popular Press. There were certainly plenty and in most cases the quality of the journalism was below the standard I would have expected. In most cases also, there was weighted bias to one side or the other.

With the forgoing in mind, perhaps it is unsurprising that so many are led by media outlets and we then see the food filter chain working until the inedible slime settles on the bottom of the pool. We then get the offerings such as the post concerning Hillary Rodham which you posted subsequently. Perhaps the accusations are verifiable, I care not one way or the other. What does concern me is that common decency has been bypassed with the accompanying photograph and references to events of over forty years ago. Your post makes reference to Watergate but it fails to mention the political party which was involved. Perhaps by some twisted logic, you can claim Watergate was the fault of the Clintons; nothing would surprise me apart from the unbiased truth. I fear that truth, both in my country and yours is often the victim rather than the hero of politics.
I wonder how many uncommitted voters would switch to HRC as a result of your post and the photograph? This is about the lowest you can get William and it does you or the Tea Party little credit abroad.

    Cheers from Aussie

    1. Ms. Rodham was fired by her democrat supervisor. I suggest you google Hillary Rodham, Zeitman, World Net Daily. She started out as a partisan hack and her track record for the past forty years consistently displays her penchant for missing, hidden, and reappearing documents.

In so many ways the Clintons have been a cancer on our country. We cannot afford eight more years now in our weakened state. You repeatedly state your distaste for what has been posted but I do not note any disputing information coming from you. It's one thing to be upset, another to provide backup supporting your arguments.

    2. K,
The internet is a wonderful thing allowing access to news as it happens. Unfortunately the left and the right extremes use the inernto to pass their extreme messages. Some people listen and believe what their favorite site tells them.

People voting for Hillary because of a picture? The people that vote for Hillary will do so because they believe in her message, right or wrong. The people that actually get beyond the 15 second sound bite will do the necessary research and vote for what they thing is best for the country.

I've always been a bit to optimistic.

    3. Integrity is an important aspect in a leader or at least I find it to be important. Character traits can tell us a lot about the person we choose to lead us and I could care less if a person tends to align with my views politically if I cannot trust him/her with a personal secret or treasure. No doubt every person on this planet has skeletons in their closet …. No one is perfect. Everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt up to a point but when you reach that point it is time to look at the people and judge them on their character. Now many will say that everything that has ever been said about the Clintons has just been opponents smearing their good name for political gain but at what point does something that looks like a duck, paddles like a duck and quacks like a duck, get called a duck? From the Clintons earliest days in Arkansas public life, these two people have been implicated in lies, theft, illegal business dealing, records destruction and sex abuse but to name a few. (The email situation is only the 3rd such situation involving records tapering) Those who slavishly support these two clowns protest that they have never been found guilty of anything… well John Gotti eventually got caught but not before he had been accused for crimes of murder, extortion, bribery etc, etc and released for lack of evidence. Whether you believe that most things brought up against the Clintons is nothing but hatchet work, one thing we know quite clearly is that it certainly is not above Bill Clintons character to lie if it will benefit him and Hillary is very much a ‘do as I say’ person with regards to sexual abuse and women’s rights…. Oh yea… that thing about records… Hillary said that she had never seen some of them… later found by the FBI… with her finger prints on them.. nifty huh? Of course she didn’t know how they could have possibly ended up in the family home.

    4. William as always my appreciation for your response. first things first{It's one thing to be upset, another to provide backup supporting your arguments....
I made the point that I care not if the allegations can be proven or not. There is therefore no requirement for me to offer evidence in rebuttal on these allegations. As a Republican supporter, I would be quite happy to see HRC lose at the selection ballot. In fact with the muck raking and pressures from the Repubs,I am surprised to see that the lady has any interest left in the top job.

No William I complain about your actions in publicizing the photograph and the allegations; the photograph of recent times ( probably photo shopped) and the Watergate allegations about 40 years old. William, in this instance it is not your politics about which I find fault, it is your lack of consideration for a fellow human being and your preparedness to travel thorough a sewer to air your grievances and prosecute your Cycloptic agenda.

Perhaps also, and I am prepared to accept assurances that your political debates are far more robust than those held here in Australia. This could certainly accentuate my disquiet if boorish and ill mannered methods of making a point are preferred over civil debate.

One particular example from Australia may prove to be instructive. In our National Parliament the Leader of the Labor party at the time( Mark Latham) accused the Liberal government cabinet of being quote A conga line of suck holes stretching from Canberra to the Oval Office. I recall at the time one R Reagan was using the edifice as his residence. Latham of course was severely castigated by all sections of the population, and quite rightly so.

      Cheers from Aussie

    5. We are a little less dainty here in New Jersey. It's not the funny photo of HRC that people care about but the level of degradation that she and her minions have brought to our country. Obama has of course brought things down to the most base level and there is a movement comparing HRC to this low standard to prop her up and show what swell moderates she and Billy are. Sort of like the short guy that hires a midget to walk into the nightclub with him.

One wonders why Ted Kennedy threw her under the bus when he supported Obama in '08. Perhaps he was unhappy that she failed in her part to complete the cover up that was so handily masked over by the Watergate fiasco.

Take a look at her numbers lately King, especially in the early primary voting States. She has a big problem. The dems have a big problem. She is being beaten by some of the candidates that are running third and fourth in their own parties. She has a big problem. One that money alone will not begin to solve.

Right in the middle of taking in the Master's this weekend. One of your boys, Jason Day, is one of my favorites. Adam Scott is a fav also. A wonderful world wide golfing event that the Aussies do very well at.

    6. William, Yes both are fair hackers and give a good showing ,particularly in America. The leader after round two is a good prospect. Only a kid, Jason Speith won the Australian Masters here during our summer and in so doing displayed the qualities much admired by Australians in general and by myself in particular. Perhaps there is a possibility he will turn to politics after golf. I fear however that the party political machines may be too much of a handicap!. No one can win your presidential elections if they are starting from scratch.

      Cheers from Aussie

    7. Oh Mr. Speith is much better than scratch and if he ever had political aspersions being from Texas he would be a fine first President of their breakaway republic. But there is a long way to go and early leaders tend to wither among the azalea ' s and warm Georgia sun.

I believe he may have won your Masters at Royal Melbourne. Certainly known as a top five venue in the world ranked equal to a little course called Pine Valley which is located about an hour from here. My oldest son has been on PV but I haven't the pedigree to attain such a play date. Hoping someday to travel to your country and test myself on some of your world class sand belt tracks.

Enjoy the rest of the tournament.

    8. William, a good post and if you insist on self imposed torture, research the weather before trying out the sand belt courses. The wind can make even a pro shoot twenty more than on a calm day.

A President from Texas as the first from a breakaway republic!. Now I know for sure your medication is powerful stuff!. Living in the past as you appear to do should make your sense of history more acute than the rest of us!.
I wonder if there is a possibility of redrafting the Ordinance of Secession of February 1 1861?The wording would be familiar to the Tea Party Members and at least some of the ideals espoused therein would be attractive. Of course, as is often the case, Texans would be so busy proclaiming their own greatness, they would not notice history once again catching up and passing them by.
In all seriousness, this is an interesting period in your history and I wish I had studied it more closely when I was looking at the period immediately before, during and after the civil war.
Just as a matter of interest, I wonder sometimes at the lack of interest in the history of our nations by the citizens of our respective countries. I know for myself, I have a slim grasp of US History but an even slimmer hold on the past in Australia .
