Should congress and congressional aide get a 75% assist in buying their healthcare from the taxpayers???

Everyone's heard of this, Congress, government employees get a nifty bump of a taxpayer assist in paying for their healthcare via the exchange.

Is this fair as we the people who are hammered with this law pay the price while congress escapes?

    1. Twinsdad,

My preference is selective replacement, but given a choice between keeping all or replacing all, I would choose the latter. Did any of you know that the average age, yes, AVERAGE, of the 112th Congress is almost 58 years? A pretty good case for needing new blood, yes? I'm surprised there aren't more of them, on the older side, that aren't wheeled around.

  2. It seems that the only people that think Congress should get a deal is of course Congress.

Guess my Senator is pissed at me as they don't even bother to send a canned reply.

So the people who voted for Obamacare for us voted to exempt themselves from it. You know how doctors take the Hippocratic Oath. Congress apparently takes the 'Hypocritic Oath.'" –Jay Leno
