    1. Thanks. I got a good amount of work years left, but I'm hoping to not be working in my 70's unless I truly love of the work. Gotta make hay while the sun shines

    2. You used your brain and hard work to create an upgraded position for yourself. Good on you mate. You will benefit with more current income and future enhanced financial security. By doing so you, without conscience thought, will contribute to an increased national and global GDP.

      You didn't steal this from anyone. You didn't take away anyone's position. You created this yourself. You're making available an increased supply of medical knowledge that will further all of our mutual growth.

      You will serve those in need, this is laudable. Those you serve will all eventually die but you will add to their well being while they live. Life is for the living.

      All work has value. Your work has value. Your life now has increased value. Congrats!
