Come hob nob with that "man of the people" Senator Cory Booker on the riverfront in elegant Locust, New Jersey in Springsteen's and Bon Jovi's neighborhood.

1st Cory doesn't need our help. He is up by 10% and only your online rag newsmax shows any doubt he will win. He was ahead of the better known Steve Lonegan by six won by ten. This should be a 12 point win anyway. Remember William you can only vote once. Preferably you will show up in person and not file a questionable absentee ballot. But a chance to go to the Boss's pad for a big blowout extravaganza that's hard to turn down!
ReplyDeleteFull disclosure, I have contributed to a Booker campaign in the past. I'm skipping this play date. I'll let the liberal swells down by the Navesink pony up.
DeleteMore power to Booker, he's a little slick for my liking at the moment. I'll be watching his rise as liberals are kind of like moths to flames in supporting the next viral (intended entendre) candidate with great teeth. When Elizabeth Warren changes her hair style to something less frumpy or dykie, we will know she is looking for bigger things. Until then, Booker is probably the next rising star. Im with William, I let someone else pony up for now.
ReplyDeleteIf hair is your indicator Booker has none. So what other achievements are you basing your future support on rick?
DeleteThat is still to be determined now isn't it William. One thing for sure, unless he moves heaven and earth it won't be enough for you. Or starts acting a fool like his friend Ted Cruz.
DeleteU.S. Sen. Cory Booker's challenger can 'absolutely win,' Chris Christie says
ReplyDeleteASBURY PARK — U.S. Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) is hoping to secure more time in Washington D.C. as he campaigns for a full six-year term.
But does his Republican opponent, Jeff Bell, stand a chance to win the campaign?
“Sure,” said Republican Gov. Chris Christie on Friday.
“Bell can absolutely win the race. I think it’s kind of an interesting thing to have Bell only down by 11 points,” he said. “I think it’s kind of an interesting race to be looking at (considering) it’s that small of a margin.”
Actually, the latest Quinnipiac University poll shows Bell trailing by only 10 percentage points -- 47 to 37 percent -- even though Booker has a huge advantage in cash, name recognition and voter party registration.
Booker is seen favorably by 47 percent and unfavorably by 27 percent. His approval rating is exactly the same, according to the poll. By contrast, 77 percent of voters don't know enough about Bell to form an opinion. Of the rest, 16 percent view him favorably while just 5 percent view him unfavorably.
“It’s something that I’m definitely looking at,” Christie said.
The governor is headlining two separate fundraisers for Bell in September and October.
“We’re going to continue to watch it and be involved as we can be,” he added.
So now Christie becomes your hero because he is saying what you want to hear. Remember when he said Obama was doing his job after Sandy? You despised the man. I am sure this came from one of your online conservative rags as usual. Christie is pandering again.
ReplyDeletePosting something doesn't mean I love the guy.
DeleteThis is the same shit that was posted on Newsmax. Means nothing except that Christie is pandering.
