Just as Republicans found out in 2006, this shit is not rocket science. American voters, in their infinite wisdom, like to flip the tables once in awhile despite not having a freaking clue about what their actual representative actually stands for. I didn't vote for Congressman Joe Heck, but I know what his positions are.
Just a reminder guys, the ACA is still the law of the land.
