Worst Governor in the United States

Florida Governor Rick Scot has shown himself to be totally incompetent, with a state wide popularity of 20 percent or less. Now he has suggested a government shut down since the budget can't be agreed on between the Senate and the House. While the legislators were agonizing over the budget, Scot was attending the grand opening of a Wawa gas station. He sued the Federal Government over a program which had already been canceled.
