"Unnatural And Lascivious"

Cops Probed Whether Kiss Exchanged By Seven-Year-Old Classmates Was "Unnatural And Lascivious"

Florida police last week investigated whether a kiss exchanged by seven-year-old elementary students amounted to “lewd and lascivious” behavior, according to an incident report.
Responding to “allegations” that the children kissed “on the lips” during class last Tuesday, a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office deputy was dispatched to the school to investigate, according to the report, which includes a charge description as “unnatural and lascivious.”

The report, which contains redactions, does not indicate the source of the kissing “allegations.”
Deputy April Culbreath reported speaking with a teacher who “witnessed the incident.” Thereafter, Culbreath concluded that there was “no indication that there was anything sexual about this incident” and no evidence that Florida state law had been violated.
“This case should be closed unfounded,” Culbreath noted.

This country is so wound up it no longer knows what it is....  You (I would assume the majority because that is how laws are passed in this country right?) create laws that remove with force, children from their homes because the parents  abide by and teach the state ciriculum of sexual purmiscuity .... pass out condoms to 11 year olds and then freak out when 7 year olds touch lips....

I hear tell, but I don't remember it, that I got my first kiss from a girl at 4... she was a 5...  I hope shes on the sex offender lists somewhere... pervert.

  1. Well, since I live in Manatee County, I was surprised by this story. Florida is the U.S. capitol of goofy behavior but a state curriculum of sexual promiscuity? My son teaches at one of the local high schools and he knows nothing of this. Anyway our fair county does have its share of sex cries. If you really want to know what's going on, check this out: http://newsmanatee.com/pages/local.html

  2. Sorry, that should have been "sexual crimes".

  3. I meant to say " don't abide by" and yes, whether you agree with it or not, teaching a child of 11 to use a condom and safe sex practices rather than relationships and any meaningful association between it and intimacy could be termed putting forth a general acceptance of casual sex... that would or at least could be considered guiding children in a rather promiscuous direction... many people certainly think so.. but then again, we have planned parenthood to deal with the results…

You know, the first bikini ever seen on television was Rowan and Martins Laughin… some people then thought the protests ridiculous…. After all, what are we if not boundary pushers….

The argumented case for Roe v Wade was primarly about women in medical distress... women who were raped or abuse... girls used by preditors... and here we are 55million non children later and I just read an article where the person proclaimed ... "I'm not pro choice.... I am pro abortion and proud"

    1. Was the kiss boy girl, girl boy, boy boy, girl girl, or was a manatee involved?

Each condition would connotate it's own set of parameters.

      This needs to be organized.

    2. An investigation is in order to establish county norms and acceptability by the press. Boy/girl is out now considered deviant behavior by the press.

  4. A kiss? On the lips? Now that is bad.

But a Billy - Monica type kiss would have been fine.

Ah feel yer pain Momica, ah feel yer pain,,,,,

  5. You people are bad! But, you know, there is a manatee named Snooty in the aquarium here and he has a birthday party every year, 60 years and counting. And a picture in the paper showed one of his female keepers kissing him on the snoot. Should we have the police investigate?
